During this difficult time, the safety of our customers and coocoshop staff members is our highest priority.  As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic unfolds, we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure everyone’s safety. 

We are closely monitoring updates in order to act quickly, and we continue to follow advice from the World Health Organisation as well as local authorities. 

Please be reassured our online store is currently operating as normal, and high safety measures are being taken at our warehouse. We hope the coocoshop provides you with a place of comfort, inspiration and style at this difficult time.

Q: Will your website remain open for online orders? 
A: We’re always open at coocoshop.com. We will be sure to let you know of any changes to regular service or deliveries.

Q: Will my order from online be delivered on time?  
A: We are currently operating with normal processing times from our warehouses. It is our aim to continue to do so whilst ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our team. During the pandemic, delivery might take a little longer. The estimated delivery time is about 20-40 days. Please note that coocoshop is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at Customs.

Q: Why is my delivery delayed?
A: During the pandemic, there may be some delays to deliveries right now with different restrictions being planned on shipping services. You can track your order at https://www.17track.net/en If you can’t track your order, please contact us at support@coocoshop.com

Q: Can I make any changes to my order now it has been placed?
A: We start to process your order as soon as you place it so that you receive your items as quickly as possible. This means that if you change your mind or realise that you have made a mistake after placing your order, there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. So, if you have any questions about an order you have placed or would like to make any changes, please contact our support team at support@coocoshop.com as soon as possible.

If your order has already been shipped from our warehouse, you can’t cancel or change it. If you have any questions, please contact our support team at support@coocoshop.com

Q: How will my online orders be delivered safely? 
A: Our couriers are working hard to adapt during this time. They will maintain a safe distance when delivering parcels and signing for parcels is no longer necessary. You can also choose a safe place location for your delivery. 
  
Q: Will my order be clean of virus transmission?
A: At our distribution centres the wellbeing of our team is our number 1 concern right now. We have taken several steps in our facilities to ensure they are safe working environments for our team. All packages arriving from coocoshop are wrapped properly to ensure the utmost hygiene.
